Heritage Tree Care was called to prune our neighbour's tree that overhung our backyard. They arrived promptly and notified us when they were starting the work, at which point I asked them about an additional branch that was outside their original scope of work. We offered to cover any additional costs, but they reviewed the work and took care of the additional branch no problem.
